Hi:

I have worked out a plan for Tesla Switch using Reed Relays, and the plan integrated the method to switch as well. It is a simple plan, and dead shots are avoided by using 4 single-pole double-throw relays. The reed relays will flip status when the coils have current (You can experiment with relay coils in series or parallel). They can also work with high frequencies (for some references on reed relays: http://www.cotorelay.com/).

P.S.: to ensure 50-50, an external pulser can be employed to power the relay coils instead.
