Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I have a 7 plate system with 5 neutrals and I have wrapped the cell and put 3 tsp Kaoh to 54 ounces of distilled water .. Last night I used 2 tsp but amp draw was low but LOTS of heat .Today with wrapped cell I have had it running for 1 hour on the car but temps have not even reached 100 yet .I am getting some foam but wow am I getting some bubbles.
I am early into testing but I can not figure out why so much Kaoh . All connections are stainless steel .062 plate gap . I mean this is excessive amount but it's working unless my amp gauge is bad it shows 8 amp draw is all .
Any advice would be appreciated ...
( update) I might also add it is only 60 outside today ...Temp got up to 110 after 2 hours and taking it to 2 tsp eliminates allot of foam but even 2 tsp is excessive to me but it seems to produce very good even at 2 tsp but this is just by looking ....

I meant NaOH in my post

The wider the electrode spacing, the more NaoH (or KoH) you will need to get the required conduction for electrolysis.  E/I*R   Too narrow of spacing can impede conduction due to having more bubbles than water between the plates.  Resistance goes up, current goes down, production therefore goes down.  I've tried lots of things and what works for me is to go straight brute force, one big cell (or two or three), clamp the current at @ 12 amps dc (no pwm) and saturate the electrolyte to get my cell voltage below 5 vdc.  I run a three component efie and a one component current limiter.  My goal was to get mpg gains as simple as possible.  (I've done this finally) When I tried to explain pulse width modulation or iso matching transformers or 555 chips to "normal" folks, it was deer in the headlights time.  But when I say 9 volt battery and pvc pipe, people say hey I can do that to.  This is my success!
Good luck,  I'll help when I can.

Neutral plates will add heat to your cell.  Check out the electronic manual at panacea bocaf university.
