Russian Commercial Electrogravitational Human Transporter.
Recorded 1998 on The Learning Channel. These mpg clips shows a Russian build craft using alien technology that was built for commercial transport of human beings soon after the millenium and designed to be controlled by human pilots.

The very germain question is: What happened to the craft since it is not in puplic operation as of now? Or, is it being used but only for certian people?

Ps:In my opinion the craft is nothing exotic.You can see the the two pointed props ahead.It generate massive ionization.It create vacuum ahead the craft.It developes ultra-high suction of the veicle in that direction.

I remember seeing this Flying disk, but as you can see the video are in black and white, so its pretty old stuffs, TLC used old footage, its like they are talking about a new technologies made in the 1960 .

It is not that old, it was shown on TV  just a few years ago of recent footage in color.
