what are electrolytic caps?
The electrolitic caps(Capacitors that have polarity) Must be connected with the right polarity or they will explode. Believe me!

how do they relate to the bedini motors function?
(In one fo their uses)  are a means to store energy to be used by the motor.


what is pulsed?
Pulsed is that the current is applied then cut and applied again. The cycle repeats until the motor is turned off.

One of the benefits of pulsing the current is that the motor runs cooler and not being continuous  saves battery power.
Also it is the pulsing that makes the capacitor to charge faster or to sore energy faster.

In my opinion it is the energy generated by the coil when it is pulsed by the electromagnet. The trigger generated by the rotor and the magnets on it, when they pass over the coil...

and what is the function of that transistor?
It controls the energy sent to the electromagnet coil. It takes the trigger current generated by the rotor coil interaction at its base and activates a pass for the negative current, on this case, to get to the coil at the right time, making the pulse to make the rotor spin with the electromagnet.

Remember I can be wrong though.

The elecrolydt can not more store  and deliver , as they have become "in"
as INPUT before. even no differences , if this was DC , short pulse or peaks, that "delivered" the charge
If an "overunity" was stored there - that must come to the "input".
The electrolydt condensor himself cant produce an overunity.  If  .. you must search not in the condensor

here is my pluse motor with out moveing parts

the transistor does far more than pluse the coil it redirrects the kickback to out put... this kick is far more than you appliyed to it to create it

i could talk a lifetime on this unit ....

hears a tip the strength of the mag feild is un inportant  as is the input .. the magnets are not needed....  i will be able to apply an external magnet to my tpu and this will rev it up 

polerized caps .... ha!!  do this once  charge it backward just a split second and watch what happins....  welcome TO SPINN!!  I ORIGINALLY CALLED THIS EFFECT ORBIT!! 

i just proved where tesla teaches us of this verry thing....
