Need help on Stan's buggy video

I'm working on Stan's style cell, I need someone to translate English to English I mean from sound to writen language so I can read and understand http://waterfuelcell.org/ the secend video Stan and other guy and the buggy with his cell.

I watch 10 time already I could understand only a few word because english is not my first lauguage.

The important data that I need  is when Stan walked to his cell and read the gauge pressure and he said about the alternator something like "5 volt "??? that 's all I can hear ,also it was too noisy at the blackground
