Has anyone here done any testing of Lindemann's theory regarding the Gray generator? He claims a chain of short pulse DC arcs  generates  cold electricity on a near by plate.

I have the book in pdf, but I have no means of buying materials to build anything to test right now. The way that he describes it makes sense.
