I too have come a long way in my understanding of meyers' setup.  And I agree completely that without the resonant feedback loop, no sustainable production can occur.

Has anyone had any luck with microprocessors?  Is resolution a factor?

no... thats how capitalism works, people want something so someone manufactures and sells it. if alot of people want something, then there are more manufacturers. supply and demand.
i wouldn't give any more heed to this (a review from an ebay powerseller that has a vested interest) than khabe would to what was posted by shecum.

It does not take a electronic expert to design a microprocessor, but it would take a commonly available microcontroller, programming and sensors with servos to react to the changes.

I just posted this on an HHO forum -sounds like you are already producing hydrinos...either thru chance or an uncontrolled variable but you should be able to enhance it with the info below!.

Guys - everyone should start experimenting with skeletal catalysts - they can turn hydrogen into hydrinos which have hundreds of time more power in their covalent bonds. On October 25 th Rowan University confirmed Rayney nickel supplied by BLP is producing far over unity for the amount of hydrogen supplied. The theory is at byzipp.com/energy. I recommend simple inline filter where carttridge is replaced with skeletal catalyst powder and anything you can do to keep the hydrogen monatomic so it mixes inside casimir cavities that occur naturally in skeletal catalysts. Another possibly is using the powder as an enclosed paste for the hydrogen electrode to capture the hydrogen atoms before they have time to form bonds and incorporate into your existing rigs seemlessly.

there are numerous skeletal catalysts most of which have cavities and pores that provide increased surface area, The casimir effect requires metal pores where walls are less than 2nm apart -the mon-atomic hydrogen atoms must form covalent bonds while they are in the casimir cavity to produce hydrinos so getting a significant proportion of hydrinos will take some finesse. I would not be at all surprised if some of the claims previously labeled as fradulent regarding HHO are actually just fluke formation of hydrinos due to microscopic metal cavities associated with pitting. this represents a new chapter in chemistry/physics and the price to play is peanuts!

    Meyers input is a duplication of Tesla's way of introducing power into his transformers.  Two chokes on either side of a capacitor getting fed from either a dc or ac line.   Meyer also shows one of the chokes as being controlled with a feedback circuit to change the series resonant circuitry in relation to the changing capacitance of the fuel cell.  What is passed on to the cell in such a circuit is voltage or force without work.  The fuel cell  capacitor plates or mass becomes charged and the electrolyte the water responds to the voltage gradient or surface charge of the plates. What you dont want to do is have this capacitor short out like they do with normal electroysis.  The water will produce hydroxide ions and  hydronium ions in response to the DIELECTRIC CURRENT through the water.  These ions will quickly form a conductive path for electronic currents through the water from plate to plate and the cell/capacitor shorts out. (back to normal electrolysis) 

That's why Meyer used EEC (electron extraction circuit) to keep equation properly balanced by removing free electrons.

By using the cell/cap in a secondary resonant circuit the voltage appearing across the capacitor is alternately relaxed as the voltage is shuffled between the inductor and capacitor.  If this is accomplished at a frequency that allows the hydronium ions to become diatomic hydrogen gas then the cell begins to produce.  Another thing that has been discussed is the sonic frequency employed causes cavitation in the fluid due to the electrostictive effects in the stainless steel.  The tubes becoming transponders and the fluid cavitation allowing for plasma formation which would act as an electrostatic disruption of the surrounding already stressed water molecules. 

sparks, you are incredible !!! What a precize explanation !  I don't understand where is secondary resonant circuit however. I guess that someone could direct dislodged electrons current (displacement current from water) back to power source for oscillator and thus creating perpetual motion machine at least as long as there is water available.do you agree with me ?
