I guess my electrical engineering background and 30 some years in electronics has made me finally figure out how a joule thief works, right.
It is BEMF. If you knew anything, you would at least know this.
Why do you always say prove it is not? To even make this statement you need to prove that it is first. Idiot.

We are waisting energy, I think that somehow lST means well but he is very confused.

Thank the powers that be for backemf.  Without it a change in a magnetic field would create an infinite amount of current.  I see the magnetic field as more of an inertial field storing the energy transfer information.  It allows us to take a very small amount of input for whatever amount of time and bring it up to very usable power levels.  If we store one watt of power aligning magnetic moments in a ferrous material for an hour and let them roll back into alignment with the ambient magnetic field in a nanosecond it gets interesting.  Not really overunity or anything just condensation of energy into a field of interest. Like a bow and arrow or a hammer blow.  Gets alot of effect.
