I would believe in chemtrails, if there were any credible evidence proving it.
What would also assist in convincing me of such things, is if I wasn't expected to believe unexplained theories from groups of anti-scientists.........or groups who take one aspect of science, and completely ignore the rest.

In the OU part of this site (hey I think it's in the title, too as "free energy"), people develop a theory, build it, and test it scientifically. Then, if it can be replicated, and tested scientifically by others, it becomes believable, and taken for fact. This method seems unnecessary for the chemtrails topic, for people to accept that as fact.
