Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

The idea is pretty simple. Charge two drilled plates and put them in front of each other to create an E field between them. Now put a drilled shield around them to have it a bit controlled. And Then let a charged object pass through it and gain speed. In the picture I also draw how the field configuration in the middle MIGHT look like.

Sorry Broli,

You kind of lost me there, can you please elaborate on this idea a bit.

It's really simple. You have a capacitor with holes which a charged ball can pass through, if it does it'll accelerate and come in for another round. Below is an animated gif for clarity. Btw thanks for the reply.

I can get that Broli, but would not the charged ball be repelled when closing in on the field of its own charge, then reverse and stick to the field of opposite charge?

That's why I thought some clever shielding would help (which mine isn't  ;D).
