Thanks for pointing this out and reminding us (@ least me) about Japans horrid practices in this area.

That any reasoning species who has placed so much importance on the brain's size in relation to it's intelligence capacity could not think of the whale as an intelligent sentient species is shocking.

It would be nice to put as much money and effort into understanding what the songs mean (what they may be trying to tell us) as we have historically spent (and are spending) in hunting and killing them.
When I stop learning, plant me.

I'm already of less use than a tree.

To Stefan and all website owners. Could you please place a small photo of a mother and her calf along with a link to let people know what the japanese fleet is doing?  I just emailed Sterling. On every forum page on my website is such a photo.
