  These genetic misfits have led many tribes through history.  Their ability to ruthlessly without remorse murder and enslave anybody not sharing their genetic code is proof of this insanity.  This genetic flaw has been identified by the physciatric field of medicine.  It was first identified by study of serial killers.  These people can not imagine anything.  They must learn everything by experience only.  Most can not even access the left side of the brain functions at all and are running around with 1/2 a noodle.   Politicians should be required to submit to extensive physciatric evaluation before taking office.  Or at least review their artwork.
