Well, well for the sake of conversation, I will trow my idea about kapanadze.. I believe it was explained it very well at http://www.teslatech.info/ttmagazine/v4n2/nichel.htm. Its my curiosity why he called one of block diagram "Points (as distributor of an engine)" on his patent . Can we create a high voltage pulse will little charge on capacitor? I believe Yes.. If so how? We need time to charge a capacitor..  How about we used a decade counter like CD4017 and a Capacitor Discharge Circuit? We replace Engine Distributor with many transistor or MOSFET as a switch. Lets say we have 10 switches  driving a single coil. As magnetic field collapses feed through a smith coil in series with coax cable capacitor. Now the other end of coax capacitor is connected to Output coil to one of the transistor of an Emitter follower Circuit, with this circuit we turn off the connection of smith coil to the ground, Eventually it will  charge the  large capacitor and the energy we collect will be discharge by the second transistor to a Ferroresonance transformer like. Guys this is only my understanding about it and not yet proven through experiment...
