Ok Utkin and Don Smith show diagrams where one side of the coil is volts and one side amps.

So if north is always amperage and south is always voltage and we pulse the coils from the center as shown, our femf in one coil should be amperage and the femf in the other coil should be voltage.

cw and ccw fields, separate they cant do work but together they can, in a magnetic field they are benign because they are separated.
High voltage will not hurt you
High amperage will not hurt you
But if you put them together they will kill.

This pic is a picture of the magnetic field collapsing inside a cathode tube (TV), as long as the magnetic field is on the particles are separated but when turned off they combine to form the electron, they are in a high energy state because they have been spun up in the magnetic field, nature seeks neutrality, in there high energy state they seek a lower potential to become neutral again.
