Here's what I'm thinkin' ...

We can get our low voltage electricity from the 'air' using a loop or coil (or laminated piece of metal) - similar to how a crystal radio's pickup coil works..

Then we can run the voltage thru a voltage multiplication setup (e.g. Tate power multiplication setup, or the one I linked to a few pages back, modified by Groundloop).

Then we can use this voltage to power a transistor (e.g., as in joule theif fashion) or 555 timer switch. I believe frequency is what is important here.

If the transistor or timer switch leads to a coil or JT-like setup, its timing can be manipulated with potentiometers or variable caps, in order to achieve resonance, and of course, to keep the dipole destabilized.

A series-wound secondary bifi coil will pick up induced voltage without secondary reflection losses (due to cancellation of magnetic fields within the series wound secondary).

A resonant bifi coil (identical to the secondary coil) could pick up the secondary's scalar energy to be discharged into cap(s) for use.

Hi voltage is not needed - what I believe is most important is frequency: for resonance, and keeping the dipole destabilized to allow the aether to pour into the setup and feed a steady flow of cold electricity (add an AV plug at the end )

I see some people are coming to the same proper understanding. Do not assume that one Tesla patent is enough. Even all completed are not enough. Tito is right - there are some small parts missing and one much important is lenzless way of transformation//// 

Nice work, Forest. If we look at the link to the YT video on the TMT that Tito recently posted, we see the following key elements, which your words confirm, I think:
- generator for producing pulsed currents through a primary coil
- resonant coil
- secondary coil
- conductor
- elevated capacitance

Edit: I link to YT vid inserted-Of the above 5 points, I think probably the first three are the most important for us.

One of the things that Teets has mentioned repeatedly is that his apparatus has some elements in common/similar to a Joule Theif, but that it is a different animal. The JT does have a pulsed primary. Perhaps we can borrow from it.

A bifilar secondary properly constructed should prevent reflective losses in the resonant coil (?)

Perhaps we could incorporate one of the voltage multiplying circuits from the Joule Theif thread as part of the generator for producing pulsed currents. I particularly like Groundloop's schematic here:

That's all ....theory is simple ...time for building.... which is not simple....
We are fooled because there is so much methods like Tito's small gain, but I think the real one gain is not small...or we end up with Tate device...right ?
If you think so then look at Kapanadze or Willis device and compute how big it has to be in Tate method to get 1kW
I think Tito the small kick may become huge real ...it's the matter of method of unbalance....

you can drill rock by big force immediately or by small force repeated very fast....but you see difference is .... what ? can you answer that ?
