A zener diode impedes voltage, it usually prevents over voltage on circuits, i don't know how it will be used on tito's circuit, is there any other use of a zener? Other than what we know?

Say the cap is charged to 10v, for example. The zener is inline with the discharge switch in reverse bias to the discharge current. Close the switch and the cap will discharge through the zener because the voltage across it is above 3v and when the voltage gets down to 3v its cut off. Or like I said in my last post, it is possible that the reverse bias across the diode(3v) might dissipate before the cap gets down to 3v. Just thoughts so far.

either need to !aintain the voltage in the primary to continuos ringing

need a full tank or reserve tank
this what  i observe @ 6 v dc primary when i pulse the circuit there are no v going ip but primary discharge and secondary cap have high spike but no charge

wjen i charge the primary cap to 12 v  and pulse the circuit witj flyswatter  them two caps charge up again

i saw a video cap charging
when a cap reaches a certain lebel it dischargrs autpmatically
in tito 3 circuit the cap jas a coil for charge storage
