Yes, I believe that to be true. In fact I believe it is so true that the hints you give will never bring anyone to the 'secret(s)'.   As you said, its not in your plan.

I believe that, for the most part. I have studied quite a bit since weve known each other. Many of these hints can be found out there, except they are involved with incomplete info of ideas and devices that are all over the internet. Im not disputing that most of it isnt true, for what its worth. 

The problem I have with it is, why give hints at all, when you know that they are so far off from being used by any of us and nothing will get accomplished on our end?
We have Forest, Bob, Toto(dont know what his stand is on all this now) and some others, and all the 'readers' of this thread,

Here is a question of truth. Should anyone here expect to be able to accomplish an OU device, just from your hints and clues as they have been given??
Do you even understand the amount of time and efforts that many here have put into what you have told us? Not to mention the ones that dont even post here and are experimenting in the background. Only God knows those numbers as they are hidden in that big number (Read 391814 times).  Thats not just you, me, Forest and Bobs reads.
But dont you worry Tito. We have done it to ourselves(NOW AT LEAST YOU KNOW!  ). But maybe we wouldnt have, if you had not stated your many claims many times, or even just once. Theres a joke for ya.  
Look at the title of this forum, the title of this thread. Why do you think we are 'here'?? Do you think this is just a hangout to chat about 'Menstruation' and "red lips'?? Really??? Maybe 'Penthouse' has a forum for that kind of talk, cuz i dont see or hear anyone laughing.

As time has 'gone' byby, my hopes for OU diminishes some. I say some. I think Ive burned myself out some. I get sparse bursts on fresh ideas from myself and the community.  But Im finding I have other things that are more important than putting a lot of time into just possibilities that are far maybe few to nada. Ive put myself through some harsh times a few times of putting too much efforts into projects. I cannot do that any more. Thats a hard fact I have learned and its burned in. Soon I might have to limit my time here for other ventures that seem more promising. Well if its batteries then it belongs here at OU.     In these times, one must diversify in order to do well or even survive. Look around. Its a fact. Like where I work. Corvette restorations. Well we do Hondas, Harleys, even have 1 1927 ford and a 1920 also now. If we didnt diversify the business, I might not have a job there.

Im not quitting this yet. But Im leaning towards some other avenues like better batteries as I see some serious stagnation(suffocation, A123  ) in that field and I think things should be way better by now. There are some new ideas coming with batteries and some seem to really simplify the whole process compared to what has been and is, and greater energy levels per volume/weight. Lower weight per volume, more common materials and safer chemicals including water and air, if anyone considers those safe anymore.

This is just ridiculous. It needs to stop. One of the spills Exxon was not held responsible as the spill was not 'determined' to be a spill?  100,000 gallons is not a spill?  Its got to end. Haiti is just simply DESTROYED by oil spils and old pipelines leaking ALL OVER the country. The oil companies that made the structures and piplines say they are not responsible for it 'any longer'.   Im not sure why the Gulf was any different, yet the damages 'far' exceed what BP will have to divvy out. Far.

Something has to change.

But if I come up with anything good, Ill be posting it right here at OU and I hope all the readers will' benefit from it. FOR FREE!!!  Thats why we are here. Or its at least why we should be here. And thats the truth.     
I will not withhold from all because I dont want 'some' to have it because I dont like how they act or what they say.
