Kicks does not necessarily mean free energy, it means pulses from a capacitor which is amplified by a transformer.

Infact, kicks simply means pulses, but in this context, it's from a capacitor

Well, and how you proceed further from the outputs of the transformers?  It is okay that you can take out more energy from a capacitor in a very short time as Tesla wrote.  How can you utilize it and what would recharge the cap(s)?
