One TMT configuration includes double transmiter.  The first discharges at peak into the second one which is positioned on the same ground or conductor. The second TMT must be positioned so ( on the ground or conductor ) that the discharge adds to the disturbance or wave of the first TMT. So the successive discharges always add - that is Titos snowball.
But these are Titos words. I for now have no means to test this configuration

Iv been thinking about the TPU
The electric field and the magnetic field are proportional.

If we have a large core the magnetic capacitance of the core will be large and so the accompanying electric field , but this also means the electric field will only fall to a certain level if boosted, it will level out to match its magnetic counterpart, it will also take more power to boost it.

But if the magnetic capacitance is small the electric field will be small as well, it wont take as much power to boost it and it will have a larger rise and fall variance.

A single wire core will be more responsive, will have a larger rise and fall and will take less power than a large core.

The TPU is a pulsed DC system, no core reversal

A magnet in a toroid core should act like a magnetic diode, Iv read Magnecoaster uses this principle. 
We must build with direction.
If the core cant be reversed the electric field will not reverse as well.
We may get that flywheel after all
