Nice point David! Now if you have windings on the iron ring with some short of dc voltage on it lets say from a battery, it will trap the charges inside the coil, it will separate them, and you can extract power through a load which is in parallel with the battery and the coil. I have read something similar once but still didnt play with!

Yes or you could use it to separate two solenoid coils one collecting pos and one collecting neg, the ring would keep the ion clouds from recombining allowing the charges to be collected.

The problem with ions is they seek opposite charge so pos ions will move towards the ground and neg ions will move upward towards the ionosphere.
But if the iron ring were positioned (vertically) sorry I meant horizonally and the neg ions were generated under it the ions would tend to rise but couldnt because of the ring, and the same would be true for the pos ions they would tend to move down but the iron ring would prohibit them as well.

If upside down the charges would move away from the iron ring.

All theory and high expectations aside.  Can anyone participating in this discussion demonstrate a circuit which is operating in UNITY.  Specifically where the electrical input equals the electrical output.  If we can't demonstrate a system of our OWN construction operating in unity, how can we hope to demonstrate a system which produces more than it consumes?

If anyone knows how to make a high freq signal to ride on a 50hz or combination of Two /mixing the Two frequency would be a great circuit. Any possible circuits are welcome.
