A boost and buck converter can be combined into a single circuit.
A boost converter boosts voltage at the expense of amperage.
A buck converter boosts amperage at the expense of voltage.

We have to have a power source, ie electrostatic generator - ion clouds
The ion clouds will dissipate if not contained and separated

The aether is in a neutral state - a combination of pos and neg ions.
When lightning strikes it has to ionize a path, think about that.
It has to split the aether into its two separate components to create a path, why, because the aether is a neutral dielectric when the two particles are combined.

Perhaps another piece of the puzzle. If we can put together a feedback loop from the output, then we may be able to develop a self-runner.
