As we can see on almost implementation of this Charging Choke it is Isolated with a Secondary winding of a Transformer. The energy from the Battery or
any means source of current are not wasted every time the Circuit on the Capacitor is close/short circuit. The Tesla Charging Choke store the energy from the battery as magnetic flux, when the  Capacitor is now open circuit  the magnetic flux is discharge on the capacity, repetitive make and break the energy stored somewhat  increasing.

The second picture is  taken from any Regenerative Charging High Frequency Circuit of Dr. Tesla perfectly implemented by Stan Meyer.
Focus only on the Winding Direction and Winding Configuration on this examples by SM.
This is the correct circuit in Utilizing the Magnetic Flux of the Charging Inductor, EV Gray called this on his system Magnetic Harness.
The Charging Choke should have a very large Self Induction- instead of the WFC put there Capacitor.

This is just some clarification that this Charging Choke of Dr. Tesla is really a very important component on all of his devices. Tesla used this
adjustable Inductor with sliding soft iron core to change Frequency Vibration of any on his Oscillator.

here is what you need zenerdiode, coil as resistor, coil as caps, coil as source of input and galvanize wire, then everything is coil for collector and coil for kicker, speaker wire, coax.

see how coil is amazing?

zenerdiode=D q-ing diode, coil as resistor= Inductor with very high self inductance much preferred with sliding soft iron core.
coil as caps= Bifilar Coils wound in layers. Coil for collector =Output coils.

The picture below is technique which was showed by Stan Meyer the correct winding configuration and orientation. I think you guys is familiar with the circuit below because it is already posted here with no exact details.
You should put in mind that you will refer to the pictures above post which is courtesy from Stan Meyer the Coupled Tesla Amplifying Circuit, There are two ways to incorporate these coils in 1 Quad Soft Core;First is Unipolar Magnetic Field, Second is Bipolar Magnetic Field(Alternating Current)- just look for the combination for yourself from the pictures above. Not sure if it can be scaled or not but if it could you can add stages, of course the power handling capability's of the components would be a factor.

Folks the buck boost tech has been around for a long time this is proven tech, I just started adding them together in stages.
Fine wire for the boost and heavy wire for the buck of course it will change as stages are added heavier wire in both but proportional.

Folks this is an overcomplicated boost converter that puts out 320 volts, instead of taking the power out you run it into a cap and add another stage.
Each stage increases power.
