I am not sure about "plans"...however the mission statement here is all about open source for a better world....and those who need this the most have no money or even internet connections and yes many are dying as I type this for lack of this technology ! [6 million so far this year ?? 100 children per day starve to death in Tito's country  ATM
so soliciting money [not sure what you meant by "pool" ??

For clarity there have always been angel donors among us...nothing to do with religion.. just people you pass everyday on the street who would help a person in need.

This is the  "pool" and who we would go to for funding an open source FE device ...no strings attached [except open source].

This resource has never had a chance to show the community ...or world what it can do....all attempts prior were errors in measurement or sometimes tricksters trying to play games [conmen]

The "pool" has huge resources for funding and vetting tricksters...[smart folks who know how to verify a device

I am not the one claiming FE for sale in an open source research forum filled with persons who toil for decades in search of such..
and yes the persons who would donate require this tech go to benefit all ..and the people who connect with that resource have decades of service to the planet ...and I am a servant to their cause
