I think this is the correct path. Bifilar as a capacitor. Just store energy in it via magnetic field and discharge via electric into load. There is a long thread in Russian site about replicating SR device.I think a few people succesfully replicated it. The output coil is bifilar closed on itself - exactly how you described, a bif-cap.
Even more, long time ago I watched a video explaining Faraday induction law.
I found that probably there is missing area here.
Imagine two closed metal rings , connect them with many many short metal wires.Now you got squirrel cage rotor, hmm.Then add rotary magnetic field and this rotor will rotate.Interesting. If I good remember I concluded that on each ring rotating magnetic field create difference in potential, a dipole.if you join them current should flow but not normal, rather electrostatic like.Cold current ?
Bifilar closed coil should behave exactly the same way. Reminds me also Otto moebius TPU.

I have thought a LOT about abandoning what Tito has brought to the table.  Some things I feel are good that he presented. But its always far from the real picture.  Like the ozone pat. He says that is where one answer is, but we have to make some change because it is all not there for what we want.
Like Pirate said, "what does that mean?"  Like it is just taking a coil and just inserting it somewhere in there? A diode? 6 caps, 1 here 2 there and 4 over there?  Then we should just assume values, or just try all combinations. 

Tito has hit a wall. He keeps yelling from the other side, "I have it!  You dont! haha  I have it I have it!  I cant tell you how. My brother says no. And you people can not handle this responsibility.

Tito, the reasoning you put here, perfectly matches my point, regarding my religion; I've just stopped following Jesus. Why? Because Jesus told us that following him would be like this: "brother will betray brother and turn against each other. Father and children will be torn apart. This way I'll go to hell, but the rest of the world will be saved, if Jesus' teachings got forgotten. No more religious wars, like just recent examples: in Ireland, Protestants against Christians, Serbia - Bosnia: Christians against Moslems and many more only most recent conflicts, mostly in Africa and Asia. I do exactly the same thing, that you do: trying to save the world. Let peace be with you and the world. I'm ready for hell.
