The pics in your post appear to be from Creative Science or Fuelless Power.  It appears some others recognize this too since the requests for their documents have followed.  I'm going to assume at this point you have a basic Tesla radiant energy receiver - i.e. the large metal plate high up in the air with just diodes, caps and coil and a good ground?  While I always assumed this would work I have reservations about how much power you can reasonably get from it unless you build a lot of large metal antenna's high off the ground.  Around here that would probably be dangerous with all the lightning storms but it could sure give a surge of power

Since that file is over 400 Megabytes you can NOT download it unless you pay for the Premium membership.  Can you upload somewhere else or split it?  Chances are I've got some of this but maybe put Dollard's stuff separate or somehow split it up?  TIA!
