If "the effect" as you said is just obtained by using coils , capacitors and diodes then explain why you said previously about configuration ?
I mean it's perfectly clear for me that we have to think about better capacitor construction,better coil like wattsup mentioned with many secondaries in parallel for example. ONE THING is unclear and potentially sink ALL THIS IDEA : if "the effect" is based on special coil and capacitor placement in space so there is an interaction between them then our hopes for recreating  are rather in vain.

You always have the right question thats why i cannot answer them directly 

Just imagine this: When power is shutdown very fast then there is a lot of energy waiting for us to use it.

This is real energy cause it can destroy electric components, imagine that if you only knew how to handle it properly.
