Hi, it is just like Tesla stated " create discharge and make use from damped oscillations".
You kick one time, and harvest oscillation in resonant circuit for long time.
Like hitting a bell once, it rings during some period of time. The bigger a bell, tle longer a ringing sound. Bell is analog to inductance, capacitor discharge is analog to small hammer hitting a bell.Tesla always stated, to use big inductance and small capacitor. Spark discharge is like going around Lenz law. There is no counter force from small stone thrown by a slingshot when it hits a target.Target is far away from shooter, and any counter EMF created by target harvesting coil has no effect on circuit with spark gap, because it is open. When kid throws a stone by slingshot-it is like capacitor discharges through spark gap- electric charge from capacitor is on the final hit transformed to magnetic field at harvesting coil.There is no effect from bell ringing on the slingshot rubber (capacitor).
Also loose coupling of windings is like sfooting a bell from a distance. If slingshot is away from bell, and microphones are close to the bell, you harvest and transfer its sound into electricity.
And when you keep throwing small stones onto bell at interwals that match it's own resonance- them mamma mia.....

hmmm, and maybe it is possible to make ice instantly and fast, that's possible thank you 

i think we have to scruitinize the peltier cooler, i believe it has a relationship with this one 

making ice instantly is different from waiting 1-3 hours isn't it?
