I paid an attention to this patent only regarding its title. It needs an evaluation of an expert (and I'm not the one) if it can be related to this thread theme search.

This is a NASA research paper/report that's being blocked by this computer's organization's owner.  Can you give the title of the patent or the number?

If I know those, I can get around the block on another site.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.
