Hey Tito,
Thanks for the tip about balance, and the "fuse" thing you mentioned as well (maybe you were just kidding, but don't worry, it'll clear itself up). The idea of cascading discharges makes sense, but I was thinking in terms of combining different frequencies (heterodyning). Anyway, my wife doesn't like the sound of caps exploding in the basement, and the smell of smoke doesn't help either.

I see, or at least believe, that your system has a lot in common with the TPU. There have been some helpful comments the last few pages that seem to confirm this for me.

You Know I work with Handicapped kids ,I've been struggling to start a business that brings Life changing Solutions to Families with handicapped Children .

Well the reason I bring this up ??
These Families all worry about "Whats Going to happen to our Children when We're Gone"
Who's going to take care of them??

You guys must be joking. Like the man said, the technology's long been there at the highest levels, but nothing gets released unless approved from on high, and only if it will help increase profits. To challenge this monopoly is to risk arrest and imprisonment on trumped up charges, forcible silencing or death by mysterious circumstances. The princes of this world have little patience for anyone who dares mess with them on their turf in medicine, pharmaceuticals, energy, food production, politics, finance, entertainment... you name it. They could stop needless suffering and death you refer to starting tomorrow if they wanted.  They continue to stop anyone motivated by the highest religious or human ideals whose work to better humanity might threaten their control.
That said, they do allow clues to be left as to the nature of the game and how it's played. So study Tesla, Moray, Dollard, Bedini, Bearden, Don Smith and others while you can, read the clues in this thread, then try working something out.  And if then if YOU want to, be a hero and see what happens.
