From what i understand, I think Tito wants to tell is how much  magnetic field can be created when you discharge a fully charge capacitor into a coil.. Let me give you an example..

Take two identical iron core. One core will be wind with thick magnetic wire, lets say 10turns and the other will be a thin magnetic wire probably 4000turns. Now, grab two identical electrolytic capacitor. Let say 1000uf/16, Charge them up.. Now get some 4" nail place it near the end of a core. Now discharge the capacitor to a coil one after the other.. Just tap it.  Now whats the difference?

If you discharge the capacitor to a thick magnetic wire the nail will be attracted to the core. Still when you discharge the capacitor to a thin wire with many windings the nail will be attracted also to the core. So whats the difference?

Its the amount of energy you used to create almost the same strength of magnetic field.. Try to measure the voltage of the capacitor that you used in a thin wire and you will see that there still charge on it

Lets say the coil with 4000 turns thin wire, it must have a high inductance. It takes time for the field to build, no?

But I guess we are claiming that a cap briefly connected to the coil has a much different effect than a battery.  Battery with cap in parallel?

When you say fully charged cap, is it necessary for the cap to be filled to the rim(close to voltage rating of the cap)?  Or if we have a 1000uf 100v cap, 16v can be considered full, if 16v is what we want to work with?  ;]

Dima is right about the effect we need to create gain. We must have very big magnetic field, no matter that it will be very short in time. This impulse then will "attract" all metals around producing electric field inside and current between two potentials. So we need to discharge energy fast and only capacitor can do it.Now the next puzzle : we need this capacitor to not loose charge or restore charge after pulse, eficient usage of source.
That has to be worked out. Then we need a comfortable utility converting magnetic impulse into heavy current of lower voltage and without Lenz restrictions.Again - to be worked out. This will be receiver part.


We are taught by Bedini to recover BEMF, but that is wrong I think. Either he is not going to say what is good way or ...  This wrong way is like in such example: take a bell and strike it with hammer then take rubber band and touch bell so vibration will flow into it and no sound is produced.
