Just reread what you wrote today Dave,

Lets say the one coil guy, puts another coil on the other side of the core.

We charge the first coil to get our permanent magnetic field. The we kick the other(additional) coil with 5v, but we get more emf from it when we disconnect the 5v kick?
I think that would work, the frequency' would need to match or a lower harmonic, but doing it this way would allow you to wind both coils with the same mass.

While the setup is in this state of holding or perpetuating the fields, Any coil on the core will disrupt or collapse the permanent field if the additional coil is shorted or loaded? Or can the PF(perpetuated field)only be dissipated by shorting or loading the original charging coil?
I think it can only collapse if the magnetic field is broken like in the pmh, if true this gives us a standing field that can be drawn from. If we think about it when we pulse a coil it has to draw energy from the surrounding aether, but if we have a field already there it would seem we would get more bang for our buck because the standing field has already drawn the aether in.

And if any coil on the core can dissipate the field by shorting/loading, then how can we kick it and extract from it, without altering the field by dissipation or even maybe building upon it, altering it?  Would we need the kicks polarity to be correct,  as to not harm the PF?   Yet still again, wont extraction destroy the PF? 
I think it will create a siphon effect, I would think once the magnetic core has reached its natural saturation the magnetic field and the electric field will reach a level that is mutual then when bumped it will rise and fall and hopefully give us a big kick.
Mags I havent tried this but I think it can be understood and with reasoning can be accomplished, I see no other free self sustaining fields, besides a permanent magnet, a magnet could be used but by using windings we know the mass of our pmh coils and this should help find the right frequency's

I feel like we're at a log jam, and something has to break to get our understanding past this point of impasse. 

Mags, I like your idea of a shorted bifi coil because it contains the L and C components and opens up the possibility of resonance within itself. My sense from reading Stiffler, Lee Tseung, Bearden and others is that resonance is required to create an imbalance in the aether, which the aether rushes in to fill, with cold electricity.  Sir Tito of the Noble Order of Energetic Knights also mentioned at one point that he was using an Avramenko plug.

The way I understand the AV plug is that it provides for a one wire lead between the oscillating circuit to the load (in many cases LEDs or CFLs), and the LOAD becomes part of an antenna - a drawing-in point for the inrush of aetheric energy which manifests itself as cold electricity. I know this is the case in setups used by YT users Samertje, e.g.,

But all that said, in light of the last couple of days' exchanges maybe there's something that we're talking all around but missing. So I'm going to think outside the box... I remember someone, I think it was GiantKiller, saying that there was an aetheric vortex either above or below the TPU. Does the center of the TPU perhaps meet the strongest part of the vortex, and is there a way to draw in energy from the aether there?  Maybe the magnet speeds up the magnetic field's circulation in the TPU and allows the vortex to really rock and roll, making the center of the TPU the right location to tap into the vortex, something like what happens here:

I agree Bob it seems just out of reach,
cold electricity has me puzzled, why doesnt a dynamo put out cold electricity, does capturing the electric field before it reaches the magnetic field create cold electricity, not sure.

My work is finally picking up I will be very busy for the next few weeks but that also means money for parts

From what Iv seen concerning cold electricity it hasnt much use except maybe to power the primary coil, it is high voltage with no amperage, as cool as it is its really not much use, cant power an inductive load just a resistive load.
