Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hope folks don't mind... Here are Tito's specs again. I keep reading them over and over. Maybe it's much less complicated than I thought:

let say we have a awg#14 wire as core and a awg#22 then make the awg#22 a bipilar and perpendicular to the awg#14.
The source is AA batery, then pulse it and check the energy created in awg#14.
note: add some magnets in top and end of the core.
note: there are some minor and major connection here but they are self explanatory and easy to discover ok?, be patience.
ooooops: i forgot, there should be an extended wire of atleast awg#8 connected in the awg#22 to do the magic.
THIS IS FOR THE WORLD, LOVE YOU EVERYONE. CHEERS
its right in the middle of an H. its like we are making and electro magnet. the reason is bipilar is stronger than ordinary coiling.  and when it is pulsed the extended wire is like waiting for a cut to make its movement.  then to make a lot of oscillation then add some  small caps in the cutting section. and that is the real secret of amplification of tesla.      bye.

Here's a thought - what if the core were just a shorted single strand going in one direction. You pulse, thereby setting up a kind of cyclotron inside the shorted coil.  Is the perpendicular bifi going to naturally oscillate as its own LC, and kick back at the core? Now, if a cap is added to the bifi, does it kick harder? Just thinking out loud, maybe it's some variation...
Wish I could try it, but gtg. Will try it when I get back.

My thoughts exactly. Even more I think I cracked Don Smith famous formula ;-) and it's describing shorted coil

what as Tito told maybe work, but it's not TPU. SM is a great man, He use several Tesla's coils together to create a huge Kick. if you know Tesla coil and know mathematics well, you will know TPU.
