That's one problem thats needs to be overcome, coil heats up, but if the coil is in resonance wouldn't that stop the heating issue? I remembered my past experiment where my coils don't heat up much and i get more power out, maybe im hittin the resonance state of the coil i used? Dunno, co'z i don't have a scope  ;D

Heat is no a big problem, just make it not too high frequency, maybe add capacitance to coil to lower this. The problem is that recovery is high spike high voltage. Now I know why Tito and Aviso insisted to switch capacitors between series and parallel connections.
In short words : we have to find a very fast way to push energy from high voltage stage into lower voltage in no time, like DC-DC convertion with always the same voltage a the end while the voltage from start is variable. Hard task, hmmm ???   :o
