To arrange the electron and make every single electron fall in line from everywhere, then we need to make a continous and actively discharging small energy in the vicinity and fool that arranged large amount of  electron into other door for a very useful and controlled electricity okay?

We don't actually need to produce large amount of input to create large amount of energy but what we need is to control it wisely and effectively through small electronic components.

Here's somethihng from Rex Research about the FS VTA:

The vacuum triode is a solid state device consisting of conditioned permanent magnets capable of producing a motional field. Seems the Smith VTA is accomplishing everything Teets was seeking to do. He's continuously stated that high voltage is not necessary for running his setup (just like VTA).

How to put this together and incorporate key elements from Tesla's Magnifying Transmitter. I would guess that Tito's setup has elements of both.
