I'm definitely sure Tito's ideas, inventions on this thread, in fact are NOT his, they are somebody's else. And that is the real reason he was so reluctant to disclose this secret: read the book "Quest For Zero Point Energy" by Moray B. King. All those Tito's secrets are mostly in the chapter titled "The Super Tube." I'm just copying that chapter and I plan to upload it as soon as I complete it; maybe tomorrow.

One thing in the book that Quert and Dave presented is that it shows this circuit 3 times.

Tito said charge caps in series and discharge in parallel.  Like that?    Looks like thats what this does. Like the reverse of a doubler or multiplier. So this is a step down.

And he said to charge the caps with an inductor, I suppose rather than with a cap, so charge an inductor from a source, then let the collapse spike charge the series caps.

Normally if I were told that this gives us ou, I might negate it due to knowing that the step down device will lower voltage and raise current, but my question would be is why is it better than other methods of stepping down a voltage and increasing current?

Will have to try it. It is new to me and simple enough and all things needed can be had at Radioshack. Ive got most all I need here already.
