Thanks, I've located a supplier from China on Alibaba.com. They are completely unheard of in the UK.
Obviously I am interested in the generator aspect of these devices.


On another note: I like your bug zapper design and think I understand the principle. ANy chance of a photo?
BTW your original diagram  was 1.3 meg. I imported it into paint and saved it as a jpeg so I could post it here.

This is a good generator, an ac type motor that has very thin windings for 220vac, one coil only wound on a round bobbin and sandwhiched with toothed metal sheet, small magnets go around north & south fashionh, i've modified one, and i found that it speeds up under load!
