I have an old trusted electronics mechanic here, who has been deep in electronics since the tube radio days. The guy is simply marvellous and has all the necessary equipment like scope and etc.

If  we have a parts list and circuit diagram I can get is made and tuned here. Countrys largest electronic component market is just 20 km from my place. There are many PCB makers there, doing quality job at extremely competitive prices.

All my develeopmental efforts shall be virtually free. Forest can send me detailed parts list, schematic etc and I will get it made tuned and tested. Once proved that it works, we can move ahead as per groups decision.

I suggest totoalas, me and forest all work on the making and testing part to prove the validity of the concept first.

Definitely no firm should get the circuit to sell the kits.

"EXPLANATION When the electric field in capacitor C is decaying, due to feeding electrical current into an inductor (not shown), the external electric field generated by the inductor tries to charge this capacitor with the inductor's displacement current. As a result, the capacitor draws energy in from the surrounding electromagnetic field, and the capacitor's voltage rises cycle by cycle.

Dave has been working on external electric fields of coils. Just below the statement above in the file, there are depictions of what looks like a coil on a tube with circular capacitor plates. Supposedly this is the capacitor feeding the inductor.  From what it looks like, the coil is 2 coils, the bottom half wound one direction and the top half wound in the other direction. 

To me, it looks as if the coil, top and bottom, each have an ability to alter the charge in the capacitor plates using a 'field' produced outside the coil.  Ive read that statement before, but I didnt connect with the idea of how. But I just read it today and it grabbed me.

The reason it grabbed me is something that I had seen with my Lasersaber motor. If there is a connection, then I assume the top and bottom coils 'electrical fields' are from end to end of each coil. Meaning when say the top coil is at peak voltage, zero magnetic field, then the top and bottom of the top coil, are where these field charges are. Say neg at the top of the top coil and positive at the bottom of the coil nearest the top cap plate. 

The whole thing seems to be on the tip of my tongue/brain. Cant spit it out.  But if this is anything, it may be Titos way. He always said, where the big rubber gloves. To me, it seems he is talking about possible runaway build up if not kept under control(spark gap to regulate). And this seems to be what Utkin is talking about getting from the beginning of the file/paper. S self building power cycle. Each cycle adds a bit more.

Someone at OUR posted about how to use such a self building oscillator. He said to let it build, meaning add the starting input(small energy), let it build, then discharge(big energy), then apply input(small) again. But dont discharge all the way to zero. Thats probably what it means when they say, dont kill the dipole. Dont kill it because that is what is needed to start the next cycle buildup. lol Im nuts.

Ok, back to reading.

Ok. Was just rereading this part and my tongue jerked.  Maybe the coils electrical field is max when the coils mag field is max, meaning the cap and coil voltage would be at zero. So maybe this arrangement, cap at zero or very low, but the coils field alters that and adds a bit of charge to the cap per cycle.  lol it seems like a wacky way of getting charge in the first place, let alone add to the system beyond losses. But Ive never thought of things this way till this. Weird but interesting.

There are t least 4 modifications   so which one   works best
Stevpue can verify this circuit but i wonder he's quiet till now
