firstly, I have to inform that the Hezi theory is a Theoretical Physics, it's not directly expound free energy, and it is  chinese article(sorry, it's not easy to read ). you can find element particle, and electron modle pictures inside. it can help us to understand how electrons running and how the E field, M field be produced by electrons.

about how do we keep/catch  the △? this question related circuits in details, I only can commonly say: the best way to keep a very fresh fruid is to eat it in your stomach. my god, I feel it is a little bit like  Tito's tip. ok, I don't want wast your time, put out a example to state it clearly, a tached picture is a famous patent of Tesla, and it's simplified circuit on the right side. It is not a free nenergy device in usual use way, even when L1C1 works in resonance with L2C2. But, if you can control the swich K operate properly, you will get and keep △. all of the electrons in C1 are fat (full of energy, bz, electrons speedy spinning and lot of element particles rotate around it. when the time point come ---L2's voltage near zero, and L2's current become biggest(means L2's M flux beam is fastest), let electrons in the C1 go! these electrons will give more their  surrounding element particles(means △) to L2  , and  become thin(don't worry about them, they will become fat again when back to C1). this time point I call it Bedini point. you can find more time point by yourself. dont forget to close the K at proper time point, C2 will eat more and more.....

If you know the Hezi theory, you will know where , and how the  △ come from. and understand what Tito's tips really said. and how the devices work in other threads.

the C2 itself is a out put circuit, C2 will release  a volume of electrons  between the two C2's pole plates to produce ozone.
you also can place a L3 to feedsome energy back  to the source, it's up to your need.

very happy to see you get that:it is taken from outside, it means you partly got Tito's tip: the energy come from envirement. But not YinYang tech.
Is there a independent envirement in this world? every things influnce each other, no circuit, therefore no radiant energy. go back to check Tesla's transmitter device plz.

Here is a simple circuit that needs very fast switching and will solve the puzzle. Just replace the LED with a 12 volt to 12 volt xformer. And use a strong 12 volt battery as a source, so that voltage doesnt drop when you are shorting the cap with battery during switching.

With one 12 volt battery as source, you can have as many of these running in parallel and one of the trafo, feeding back to the source battery.

All these outputs can be individually recitified and filtered and fed into another 12 volt battery that can feed your 220 / 110 volt inverter.

You may add a solar panel  to trickle charge the source battery in addition to the above to keep your dipole strong.

Faster is the switching, longer the battery will last.

Also one motor with many switching points on its extended shaft will synchronise the whole thing and will get you going for long.

You may also use arrays of old time diodes No. 1N5062. Each of 1N5062 will supply approx 0.35 volts in sunlight, flouroscent or any other light source but with good current.

To get a 12 volt charging voltage you can put 35 such diodes in series. And similar arrays in parallel to get higher current, feeding the source battery.

It will good idea to have a separate capacitor to feed every xformer for better current output.
