Still with the first principle...
Tito mentions Moray a number of times, alluding to his tapping into the "sea of energy in which the earth floats."  Tito has also mentioned and posted diagrams of Tesla's Radiant Energy Receiver.  Again, it is the idea of tapping into this sea of radiant energy, though using a coil, rather than Tesla's metal plate. 
So, we tap into the sea of radiant energy and it goes into a capacitor. Teets mentioned a 470nF (I believe this was the value) ceramic cap.

How do we scale up the discharges from this capacitor?
