Again I think you are not clear enough, but whatever... IF you are looking for Thomas Henry Moray book then on the page you requested are only excerpts ...but it may be important if it from the original first edition... ? Ah ,I see... maybe you need pictures/schematic from that page ?
I have suspicion that somebody bought the rights for this book and it was taken out of internet ? There are many so called "free energy gurus", in fact doing the mole work...but I understand them after 15 years of being involved in research
