This fluoroplastic wire with 'cores'  Is that a wire with a plastic core with the wire running on the outside of the core with plastic insulation? Possibly could use coax cable? Or copper tubing?

Nice catch on that one.    The other pat shows just a battery, coil and motor. So I think it is possible to be used at lower voltages?

Kiker: They've done a lot of research on this on energetic forum You would be as well to read up the reports.
When I read them bells went off.
They were using it in their water spark plug experiments and other stuff.
However.....
I can now report that based on their anomalies, the use of the large tubed helix generates a
.... STATIC FIELD!!! and the energy comes from electrostatic induction.
This deduction is based on HV experiments in their spark plug tests.
