If it takes one joule to move a coulomb of charge from point A to point B then there is one volt between the points. 

Voltage has magnitude and polarity but no direction. Whereas an electric field has charge, magnitude and direction also. 

In AC circuit Voltage has direction but not in DC circuit.

Kapanadze design is so simple, he assembled it on the principle of Nikola Tesla nothing more.. The new improvements Tariel Kapanadze did was the Resonant Vibrator/Resonant Oscillator which draws a little energy to oscillate a driving coil. The second improvement was the Looping to self run the Tesla Transformator as Kapanadze term it like that.

It is the charge thats the key to universe. 

Voltage is merely a consequence of charge. It is work done per coulomb of charge.

(Note :This post is just for the forum not to get misguided by half truths being gurgled here in the name of working scientists)

Charge is not why voltage exists. Voltages exists because it is a balancing act that displacement of the medium creates potential or inward focusing or a pressure to the void of the medium. Thats why voltage exists. When there is no matter at all in the medium there is no potential difference in that medium. It is very uniform. Only when there is matter can the medium be divided and form pressure which causes a voltage potential between to points in that medium. But what is the medium then by that definition? The medium is a perfect form of matter with no charge whatsoever. It is undetectable because it conducts perfectly. It has zero force because it has zero charge. Ever wonder why we can see other galaxies with ease? Why we have a hard time seeing our own internal galaxy components? it is because the galaxies are filled with matter. It is imperfect and hence why it has so much radiations. In between galaxies is pure medium. So clear and perfect from the facts that we can see with clarity other galaxies with ease. Each galaxy is a bubble in this perfect medium. The bubble is created with expanded matter or charged matter. What gives matter charge is simply all the perfect medium pressing in on this matter bubble. Pressure is voltage potential in this case. The force pressing in is invisible but is made manifest by matter being acted on by this pressing force. So it is a loop. Once started that loop will go indefinitely without further input from anything. I'm not saying it doesn't shift and change but the sum will always equal the total force. If an area becomes quiet and less active another area becomes more active.


Now some premises are very correct that we view. Like the balancing actions. They will always equal the totality of all matter in the galaxie. Matter=displacement of the medium=Total energy available. Differences in potential based on matter and displaced medium are the reasons for flows to occur. Once flows are established magnetics comes into play from the flows and usually a plasma forms to host the magnetics.

But since we reject the medium we reject half of the equations. We reject the very thing that allows connections over super long distances. Radiative energy is not conservative it is expansive going out and connecting to the expansive network that connects all matter.
