Getting back to the task at hand, I'll repeat my earlier assessment of Tito's apparatus.
I believe it consists of an antenna and capacitors, a joule thief type of pulsating setup, and a number of series wound bifilar coils connected in series, followed by a resonant coil and a collector coil (as in TMT).

I remember in the beginning that Tito told Otto he no longer had to try to work along the lines of Otto's TPU (not in the way Otto was developing it). Instead, Tito had found something simpler. Going back thru the many, many clues Tito left, I keep coming back to this simple arrangement.

The truth will prevail.
