Electricity Simply, in terms of sign it has positive sign and negative sign right?

                    in terms of behavior, according to franklin the electron is the one that runs.
And here is the important thing that everyone should realize and know:
                    in terms of effect: the electricity has the capability of pushing and an effect of sucking.

         One time in my room with two door i experience and saw a double action when i open the door i am holding and i saw an effect in the other door that is nearly close. there i see an action to the other door when i open and close the one door. hope you understand it. you just try it in your two door room and see what i mean a say about.   
note: windows must be close and there should be no other airway other than the doors ok?.

VERY SIMPLE THINGS AND AN OPEN THINGS ABOUT ELECTRICITY THAT MANY IS NOT REALIZING THE IMPORTANT USE OF IT.
REALLY JUST A COMMON SENSE TO DO SOME ARRANGEMENT TO ACCOMPLISH OUR DREAM.      

HOPE THAT HELPS AND ITS REALLY ALREADY KNOWN INFO BY EVERYONE. NOT JUST REALIZING IT.  
There are lot of things that i want to say about it but i'm having difficulty in expressing it everyone, sorry.

Free energy really can be achieve by a mixture of balance and unbalance wire.

I understand the push-pull in Tito's circuit in both of 2 ways:
- in terms of a capacitor conditioned by radiant energy, discharging (push) and charging (pulling in from the ambient) or
- in terms of a series wound bifilar coil discharging its capacitance and charging again.
Is the antenna in Tito's setup the "door"?

Edit:  Dave, you had some great posts about ionization and charge separation. I can't help this has something to do with this as well. Teets has alluded to Moray's device a number of times - a device without a physical ground. It occurred to me that his ground would be possible with charge separation as you have explained it many times.

I'm trying to understand the secret of electricity dual nature as told us Tito. Why books are teaching that current flow from positive to negative , that is insane but has some merit ,right ?  Hmm...Consider a charged capacitor discharging into resistive load. We have one side of capacitor filled with electrons and the other with no electrons, then we turn on the switch and bulb lights for a moment and we end up with capacitor in balance having equal amount of electrons and zero volt difference between plates.
Now I clearly see one action : each electrons is pushing the other wanting to escape the side of capacitor full of electrons, and when they finally can do that due to closed loop they go in more or less speed, creating more or less current, diminishing because as the other side become fed with electrons there opposes more and more the movement...So we see (dimishing in time) PUSH action of electrical potential difference (voltage).
