Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Well, I have the same requirement... a super fast diode with breakdown voltage at least 600V and rated for continous current of at least 60A with pulsed current 400A or more...hard to find such one at resonable price...

Jeg, I figured a Schottky diode might help. I wasn't aware there are a new generation of Silicon Carbide Schottky diodes that seem even more reliable:

Thanks Bob. For sure they are fast. But what about power ratings?
The next days i'll try an idea for a spark gap. I will upload the test video.

I found the notation on this schematic very interesting,

Yes, and here is link to show some SiC (Silicon Carbid) diodes at Digikey but of course you can find such at other sellers and also SiC power MOSFETs are also a reality nowadays.  However they are expensive.
