The winding is the same for the Primary , Secondary, and extra Secondary. It is composed of CW and CCW in halves. The circuit used to power the Transformer is a common Tesla Capacitor discharge set up. If Left is Clockwise then both Primary and Seconday on the Left side is wound in layered and direction of winding is CW. If Right is Counter-Clockwise then both Primary and Secondary on the Right side is wound in layered and direction of winding is CCW. The ratio of winding is 1:4- 1 for Primary and 4 for Secondary, you could also try to 1:2.5 ratio.  If you wanted to read it for you self look for the Tesla Transformer Construction on the Tesla Book.

Kind of reminds me of what Teets has been saying about the TMT principle in the Titonium:
If I understand correctly, Stupify is getting these results with:

- Primary
- Series-wound bifilar secondary
- Shorted swbifi resonant coil

Lets read the circuit, its basically a buck boost converter that pulses both sides of the cap.

The trigger coil puts out a pos pulse that triggers the gate of Q1
Q1 pulses the coil L1 the bemf from L1 runs through the diode D1 and into the pos side of the cap.

The trigger coil puts out a neg pulse that triggers the gate of Q2
Q2 pulses L2 the bemf from L2 runs through the diode D2 and into the neg side of the cap.

A very simple bipolar circuit, all it needs is an ion generator circuit either attached or stand alone.

Where are you forest ?.

BTW,  "Clamp meter" is an example of current transformer .
