   Not to argue, but the point was that Chi it is not just the same as electricity.
Nor is Chi even measurable by current instruments, which can't even read it.
  Nor can the Aether be measured, as well. Even though we are surrounded by it.
  And divining rods, are being moved by what force???  Non-physical etherical energies?
Such as non luminous light energies?
  We do have a lot to learn, still.

If something manifests actions then why can't at least its effects be measured?

  We are not there, yet. But, some things can be read. That is the purpose of divining rods, and more.
  You can measure your thought waves, like reading those frequency waves on a scope. But, still not know what you are thinking.
   Yet, another person with psi abilities, or telepathic abilities can know what you are thinking, even though our machines can't do so. Because thoughts are in a spectrum of frequencies, that are not readable our current instruments. And, even our thoughts, and intentions, have power, like the healer is showing. Or a lack of it, as un-balanced Chi.
  In any case this Chi is not coming from the healer, but through the healer (as a conduit) instead. He is picking up from the surrounding ambient the energy, which he is outputting. Which can also drain his personal chi, as well, without replenishing it. 
   Similar to a free energy device, which is only a converter, and not a producer nor manufacture of the output electricity.

At least not yet.

Well, if something has effects that we can reliably attribute, then we have already made a measurement of sorts.  Difficult to measure, or difficult to measure precisely mean very different things to me than "can't be measured".

Do you know of any double blind psi experiments that produced results significantly better than random guesses?
