Quite often it will burn the coating right off the wire if the current can't find any where to go and the pulse is high enough. I can't do it electronically, but I can do it mechanically, and with only one pulse. NO resonance at all. Magnification of both amperage and voltage.

This stuff is simular to Flynn's Parallel Path Technology. http://overunity.com/828/flynns-parallel-path/#.Vln9btKrTmU  I have worked through the proof of concept experiments and built several solid state devices. There is indeed a magnetic amplification of around 4 in Flynn's device. Like anything else, the trick is being able to figure out how to tap the excess energy. In the solid state devices I built (simulator to your drawing above, with out the rotor (Flynn's Parallel Path Concept) using laminations from standard (60 HZ) transformers and Neos, the big problem was Lenz's law. Once the core was magnetized one direction, I had to overcome It before magnetizing the core in the Opposite direction. Might be able to overcome some of that problem through the geometry of the core, and core material, maybe routing the push-back flux around the main path, maybe some fancy switch timing. The motor concept seems like it might be a little more straight forward as far a getting some excess energy (torque) out. I believe I have seen a calculation (online calculator) somewhere to convert between torque and horsepower. If you convert it to H.P. then to watts. In kind of a nutshell, The electronic version would be great, if you can beat Linz's Law,  otherwise the mechanical motor might show better results. I have been working   on a motor design in my spare time, but not there yet .  Good luck in all of your Endeavors.
