I would rather get back to the collection circut, it was posted by a Russian experimenter a few years back, i believe his name was Akula.
The coils are on separate cores separated wih enough distance between them to keep them  isolated so they dont cancel each other out.
The electrodes of the tension circuit have to be separated and one coil goes in close proximity to each electrode.
The tension circuit stresses the air molecules and pulls electrons and protons from the atmosphere the collection circuit attracts and collects.

L1 thick wire L2 thin wire, same weight.
L1 placed in close proximity to positive electrode
L2 placed in close proximity to negative electrode

Thanks a lot Dave45. Now I begin to understand, that reminds me of the ping pong toy from Tito, but that looks like ping just lol, if we changed the led by a big capacitor ... What would happen! I really do not know. Please continue that we are many following you!
