I have no interest in a debate. We can actually accumulate signals and turn them into usable power.

Response : there is extra energy in self-induction, completely unused in normal motor operations, here used to create copious amount of ozone.


The same motor energy is used to generate air thrust and ozone.

May I have a go at answering?
When the dielectric (air) between the plates becomes ionised it exhibits a resistance which is likely a negative one?
Shown in diagram by the little vertical arrows between the HV plates at right angles to the H field.


Possibly enough energy is returned via the -ve R value and the Tesla style step down transformer to keep the whole thing going?


To avoid a continuous arc breakdown they push fresh air through refreshing the dielectric, which in turn becomes ionised again.
